Due to the recent havoc caused by spamming spiders, we hereby request all clients to enforce a compulsory change of all passwords (hosting/email/web scripts accounts) at this point of time and once every 30-day cycle thereafter. In addition, clients have to carry out the responsibility of removing back-dated web scripts that are no longer in use and upgrade those that are still in use to the latest version available to patch any vulnerabilities uncovered by the creators themselves. As part of our on-going effort to prevent spamming via our email server from happening again, the email send rate limit has been set to a maximum of 300 emails per day. Should you need to send out mass emails above this limit, please get in touch with us via the Client Support Panel (CSP). Thank you for your understanding.
